Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lesson plans aligned to the provided curricula (KIDS, YOUNG LEARNERS, IELTS, SAT, COMMUNICATION, DEBATE, etc.);
• Actively monitor individual and whole-class performance during learning sessions;
• Assign coursework/homework, mark promptly, and provide specific, actionable feedback focused on language targets and success criteria;
• Administer periodic assessments to track learning progress; analyze results to adjust instruction and intervention plans;
• Identify learners needing support and provide differentiated tasks for different groups of students; communicate progress to stakeholders as needed;
• Compile progress reports (language skills, participation, compliance) after scheduled assessments, with recommendations for next steps;
• Attend team meetings, workshops, peer observations and feedback/coaching cycles; implement agreed action points in subsequent lessons;
• Review and refine teaching materials for clarity and learning impact; support the creation/adaptation of lesson resources.

Requirements

• • Senior student/Graduate of an accredited national or international university, majoring in TEFL or English Language.
  • At least 1 year of teaching experience;
  • IELTS 7.0+ overall (or equivalent) with no component below 6.0 is required for IELTS classes; IELTS 8.0+ overall (or equivalent) with no component below 6.5 is preferred;
  • Excellent pronunciation with an energetic and engaging teaching style;
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills and a willingness to share best practices;
  • Dynamic, creative, and professional; passionate about teaching and committed to real-world English education;
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented;

• Available to teach classes on weekday evenings and weekends at both campuses;

• Comfortable delivering a wide range of programs.

Salary (based on qualifications, class type, and performance).

• Full time: 12,000,000 – 30,000,000VND/month
• Hourly rate – Kids-YLE: 150,000 – 320,000VND
• Hourly rate – IELTS: 220,000VND – 450,000VND 
• Other responsibilities, including project contributions and materials review, are separately scoped and paid.
